Sterling Ranch is a place where people, businesses, and the natural environment live and work together. Our CAB Resident Services Team is always available to help you and support your homeownership at Sterling Ranch. We welcome and encourage you to reach out to us or stop by and see us at:

Resident Resource Center

Our staff helps guide homeowners through home design reviews, compliance, community standards and landscaping requests, as well as answer any CAB and billing questions.

Our Community Ambassadors answer any general community inquiries and provide information to potential and current residents.

Overlook Clubhouse

Our Community Ambassadors answer any clubhouse and event questions, provide clubhouse membership and Colorado Park passes for residents, and sell snacks and drinks.

9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Sunday (after Labor Day)
