As Director of Finance and Accounting, Andreas oversees accounting, financial reporting, forecasting, bond issuances, payroll, and the Capital Improvement Plan. His career spans over 20 years of finance and accounting management experience with companies in Switzerland and the Denver area. Andreas enjoys working with CAB colleagues and staff to achieve the best possible results. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting and Controlling from the University of Applied Science in Basel, Switzerland and his Master’s in Business Administration in Controlling and Accounting from the University of Applied Science in Bern, Switzerland.
As our Project Accountant, Britt works hard to support all members of the CAB staff. With over 20 years of construction accounting experience, she oversees billing, accounts receivable and payable, draw requests, retention reconciliation and deposits. Growing up near the Canadian border in northern Minnesota, Britt began her accounting career at the age of 16 when she work for a variety of different offices and enjoyed the sense of accomplishment after completing her assigned tasks. When not working at Sterling Ranch, Britt enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
