The Overlook Clubhouse is the perfect place to host your next event! With a catering kitchen and two outdoor pavilions, the facility can be reserved for:

The Member Services team at the Overlook Clubhouse will assist you in making your private party an event for you and your guests to remember!
Great Hall
The clubhouse has a Great Hall with access to a warming kitchen, outdoor deck, and indoor/outdoor fireplace and is available to reserve for private use. The Great Hall, kitchen, and outdoor deck are available on a first-come, first-served basis when not reserved. All members of the private rental must stay in the rented space, additional facility access will not be permitted.
Hourly Pricing
$100.00 per hour with a 2-hour minimum. All rentals include the use of the indoor space and balcony. A refundable security deposit of 250.00 will also be due upon rental confirmation.
Outdoor Pavilions
The clubhouse has two outdoor, covered pavilions that are available to reserve for private parties. The pavilions are available on a first-come, first-serve basis when not reserved for private use. Each household can reserve one of the outdoor pavilions once per day, with no more than two rentals per calendar month. All members of the private rental must stay in the rented space, additional facility access will not be permitted.
North Pavilion
Larger space that includes an outdoor fireplace and convertible picnic tables
South Pavilion
Smaller space that includes an outdoor BBQ grill and two picnic tables
