Rachio Irrigation Controller

Integrated with your STEWARD Start Home Automation System, the Rachio Irrigation Controller uses local weather data to optimize your outdoor watering patterns to give your yard exactly what it needs. Take the guesswork out of watering so you can water your lawn more efficiently. You’ll keep your plants healthy, use less water, and save money, while you help save the environment. Upon move-in, you will need to verify your Rachio system is running a watering schedule for your existing landscape.

Getting Started

Download the Rachio app to your mobile device from the App Store or Google Play Store.
Log in using the username and password provided at your closing walk-through. If that login info does not work, open a support ticket

Creating Watering Schedules

Go to the Schedule tab in the Rachio app to see if a schedule is running on your device. For more information on creating and editing watering schedules, visit the Rachio Support Center.
