An important way of preserving the character of the community is to ensure that any changes to the exterior of individual properties are consistent with the community’s aesthetics and harmonious with surrounding properties. Residents are required to abide by the Residential Property Owner Guidebook and all other Sterling Ranch governing documents. Any change to the exterior of the home or on the lot must be submitted to the Design Review Committee and written approval obtained before any work is started.
Please refer to the Design Review Documents for assistance when completing your outdoor projects such as landscaping, play or sports equipment, solar panels, patio covers, deck extensions, etc.
Each property owner within Sterling Ranch agreed at time of purchase to comply with community rules and regulation. These rules and regulations are designed to enhance the quality, value, desirability, and attractiveness of all property. The CAB has adopted non-compliance procedures to help enforce the community rules and regulations.
